中医手法复位联合四黄散外敷治疗老年桡骨远端骨折34例

摘　　要：目的探讨四黄散外敷+中医手法复位在老年桡骨远端骨折中应用效果。方法选取济源市人民医院2015年10月—2017年5月老年桡骨远端骨折患者68例,随机数字表法分组,各34例。对照组采取中医手法复位,研究组采取中医手法复位+四黄散外敷。随访6个月,统计2组骨折愈合时间及腕关节功能(PRWE)分值、临床疗效。结果研究组骨折愈合时间少于对照组,PRWE分值低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05)。结论老年桡骨远端骨折患者联合四黄散外敷+中医手法复位,利于减少骨折愈合用时,且腕关节功能恢复效果及临床疗效较好。Objective To investigate the application effect of Sihuang powder and manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods A total of 68 cases of elderly distal radius fractures from October 2015 to May 2017 in Jiyuan People’s Hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each. The control group was treated with the manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine,and the study group was treated with the manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and Sihuang powder. After 6 months of following-up,the fracture healing time,wrist joint function（PRWE） score and clinical effect in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The time of fracture healing in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the score of PRWE of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the study group（94. 12%） was higher than that of the control group（73. 53%）（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with distal radius fractures treated by Sihuang powder and manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine can help to reduce the time of fracture healing. And the recovery effect of wrist joint function and clinical curative effect are better.
