浅谈推拿治疗中得气、守气的运用

摘　　要：得气与守气,向来被众多医家认为是针灸所独有,几乎没有文献记载推拿手法关于得气及得气之后守气的应用。在临床实践中发现,不仅针刺有得气,推拿在治疗疾病的手法操作时也会出现类似得气的感应,比如点按相关腧穴或者阿是穴,也会出现酸麻胀重的感觉,这其实也是得气的一种。针灸与推拿无论从源流上还是指导理论方面都有较多的共同点,得气、守气并非针灸所独有,推拿也有,并且在临床实际操作中,推拿医师也在大量运用得气、守气之法。In acupuncture treatment,that bring about the desired sensation is called needle sensation. To needle sensation and keeping needle sensation,many doctors have always been thought to be unique to acupuncture,and almost no application documents manipulation about needle sensation and use of keeping needle sensation. In clinical practice,the authors found that not only acupuncture can have a needle sensation feel,but also massage will can appear similar to the needle sensation in the treatment of diseases,such as clicking on related acupoints or Ashi point,it will also appear the feeling of soreness or numb or expanding heavy. This also can be seen needle sensation. Acupuncture and massage are many common points in the origin and theory,so the authors thought that needle sensation and keeping needle sensation is not unique to keep acupuncture. Massage also have the needle sensation and keeping needle sensation. In the clinical practice,physicians massage also have been used of needle sensation and keeping needle sensation.
