糖脂平胶囊对糖尿病小鼠血糖血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察糖脂平胶囊对小鼠糖尿病动物模型血糖、血脂代谢的影响,以了解糖脂平胶囊治疗糖尿病的作用。方法将小鼠于第一日晚上禁食后,于次日早晨按50 mg/kg体质量腹腔注射新鲜配置的四氧嘧啶溶液(40 mg/ml),分别在24 h、72 h后定性尿糖,1周后再次定性尿糖,在尿糖+++以上者测定空腹血糖(FBG),以空腹血糖>16.65 mmol/L为模型成功。造模成功30只,分糖尿病组10只、糖脂平治疗组10只,优降糖治疗组10只。小鼠灌胃糖脂平胶囊0.225 g/kg,优降糖组5 mg/kg,观察小鼠一般情况、血浆血糖、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果糖脂平组可明显降低模型小鼠的血糖,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与优降糖组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。糖脂平组可明显降低模型小鼠的胆固醇、甘油三酯,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖脂平胶囊能明显的降低糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖、血胆固醇、甘油三酯水平。Objective To observe Tangzhiping capsule on the influence of diabetes animal model of blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism in mice,in order to understand glycolipids role in the process of flat capsules in the treatment of diabetes. Methods Mice after fasting on the first day night,in the morning by intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg/kg body weight in fresh configuration of alloxan solution（ 40 mg/ml）,respectively,after 24 h and 72 h qualitative glycosuria,qualitative urine sugar again after one week,in urine sugar ＋ ＋ ＋ more determination of fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,model is greater than 16. 65 tendency for fasting glucose/L succeed. Building successful 30,10 points in diabetes group,glycolipids treatment group 10,optimal glucose-lowering treatment group 10. Mice gastric glycolipids-capsule0. 225 g/kg,glyburide group of 5 mg/kg,observe mice normally,plasma glucose,cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）. Results Tangzhiping group can obviously reduce the blood sugar of mice model,compared with the model group had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing with glibenclamide group,there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Tangzhiping group can obviously reduce the mice model of cholesterol, triglycerides, and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tangzhiping capsule can significantly lower the blood sugar,diabetic model mice blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
