摘 要:目的:比较黔产金线莲药材及其易混品斑叶兰的显微特征差异。方法:运用显微鉴定法对黔产金线莲及其易混品斑叶兰的根、茎、叶横切面显微特征进行鉴别与比较。结果:根横切面中斑叶兰外层微木栓化,金线莲未见木栓化现象;根横切面中金线莲的维管束较斑叶兰多,而茎横切面中斑叶兰维管束较金线莲多;金线莲叶横切面最外层细胞呈乳头状突起,斑叶兰无突起;斑叶兰栅栏组织较金线莲多且明显。结论:显微特征差异可作为黔产金线莲及其易混品斑叶兰的鉴别依据。Objective:To compare the microscopic characteristic difference of Anoectochilus roxburghii and Goodyera procera. Method: The microscopical characteristics of roots, stems and leaves transverse section of A. roxburghii and G. proeera were identified and compared by using microscopic identification method. Results: Micro suberification showed in the outer layer of G. procera the root transverse section, while suberification was not seen in A. roxburghii. The vascular bundles in the root transverse section were more in A. roxburghii than in G. procera, while the vascular bundles in the Stem transverse section were more in G. procera than in A. rox- burghii. The outermost cells in the Leaf transverse section of the A. roxburghii were papillary protuberances, and G. procera had no protuberance. The palisade tissues in G. procera were much more and more obvious than those in A. roxburghii. Conclusion: The microscopic characteristic difference can be used as the basis for the identifi-cation of Anoectochilus roxburghii and Goodyera procera in Guizhou.
