摘  要:碳纳米管铝基复合材料因结构优良且具有良好的力学性能,受到越来越多的研究学者的关注。运用ANSYS有限元软件分析了碳纳米管体积分数、长径比及分散度对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的弹性模量、屈服强度及切变模量随碳纳米管体积分数和长径比的增大而增大;泊松比随碳纳米管体积分数、长径比的增大而减小;碳纳米管在铝合金基体中分布越均匀,复合材料的力学性能越好。The carbon nanotubes aluminum matrix composites have good mechanical properties because of perfect structure,therefore they are paid more and more attention by researchers. The ANSYS of finite element software is used to analyze the effect of volume fraction,aspect ratio and dispersity of carbon nanotubes on mechanical properties of the composites. The results show that the elastic modulus,yield strength and shear modulus of the composites increase with increasing of the volume fraction and the aspect ratio of carbon nanotubes. And the poisson's ratio decreases with increasing of the volume fraction and the aspect ratio of carbon nanotubes. The more uniform the carbon nanotube distributes in the aluminum alloy matrix,the better mechanical properties the composites will have.
