摘  要:在深入分析钢制车身CO_2气体保护焊修复工艺流程的基础上,提出完善的修复焊接前处理工艺和焊后的修整与防腐处理流程。针对常用厚度车身钢板的CO_2气体保护焊的特点,经过多次试验,得出了完整的焊接修复工艺参数,制订了合理的车身焊接修复工艺,可在车身实际修复时参考应用。On the basis of deeply analyzing the repairing process of CO_2 gas shielded welding of steel vehicle body, this paper attempts to improves the pre-treatment process of repairing welding and the process of repairing and anti-corrosion after welding process.Aiming at the characteristics of CO_2 gas-shielded welding of the steel plate with common thickness, through numerous experiments,this paper works out the integrated parameters of welding repairing process and develops a reasonable repairing welding process of the vehicle body, which provides a reference for the practical repairing process.
