摘　　要：先进树脂基复合材料结构件在制备时受人为因素影响较大,容易产生缺陷。本文从原材料的质量控制、工艺过程的控制、生产环境的质量控制、生产设备的质量控制和最终检验(无损检验和常规检验)五个方面,阐述了如何有效地进行复合材料结构件的质量控制,从而保证制品的质量和可靠性。Due to human factors, defects are often generated during fabrication process of polymer composite materials. This paper expounds how to effectively carry out the quality control of the composite material from the five aspects of the quality control of raw materials, control of technological process, quality control of production environment, quality control of production equipment and final inspection（including non-destructive and routine tests） so as to ensure the quality and the reliability of the products.
