摘 要:针对某口径轻型无后坐炮的研制,使用经典内弹道理论,建立了基于混合装药的无后坐炮内弹道模型,开展某口径无后坐炮内弹道性能试验。模型计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,在一定程度上提高了内弹道性能。然后根据战术技术指标对不同种类的火药装药量进行了基于内点惩罚函数法的优化设计,确定了在给定最大膛压、最小初速下的各种火药装药量的最佳比值。最后分析了经典内弹道理论中使用正比燃烧定律代替指数燃烧定律的方法及其误差。研究结果可作为无后坐炮内弹道及装药结构设计参考。According to development of light recoilless gun,we established ballistic model of the recoil gun based on mixed charge by using the classical interior ballistic theory,and carried out a recoilless gun ballistic performance experiment. According to the tactical and technical indexes,the optimization design based on the internal point penalty function method for the charge of different kinds of gunpowder is carried out. Finally, the method of replacing the exponential combustion law with the law of proportional combustion and its error correction are analyzed in the classical interior ballistic theory. The results can be used as a theoretical guide for the design of the interior ballistics and charge structure of recoilless gun.
