摘　　要：在经济转型阶段,土地确权和土地流转给农民带来了致富的新机遇,出现了"城归"这一群体。在中国,"农民工"将成为一个经济史上的新名词。今天的中国正在悄悄地进行一场人力资本的革命,其主力就是农民。中国人力资源的潜力正在发生巨大的变化,世界上最大的"新人口红利"正在中国涌现。In the phase of economic transition, land ownership and land transfer have brought new opportunities to enrich farmers, and groups of ＂urban returnees＂ have emerged. In China, ＂Rural Migrants＂ will become a new term in the history of economics. At present, China is processing quietly a revolution of human capital, with peasants as the core. The potential of human resources in China is undergoing tremendous changes, which will be the world ＇s largest ＂new demographic dividend＂.
