古代灸治瘿瘤文献探析

摘　　要：瘿瘤一病,历代文献均有记载,涵盖了现代甲状腺肿瘤等相关疾病。其中灸治瘿瘤之法历史悠久,且疗效显著、简便易行。通过梳理相关文献,总结了瘿瘤灸治方法的提出、取穴、剂量、宜忌等内容。认为灸治瘿瘤以循经取穴为主,以手足阳经穴位居多;施灸剂量有单次总量之分,亦有按年龄、性别、部位等差异;且瘿瘤不可用针刺、拔罐等法,还要注意饮食调节。Ying-liu was recorded in ancient literature of various dynasties,covering modern thyroid tumor and correlative diseases. Among above,there have been the longest history,remarkable efficacy and convenient approaches in moxibustion treatment. By reorganizing interrelated literature,this paper concluded its appearance,selections of acupoints,dosages,requirements and prohibitions etc. The author finds that acupoints have been selected along the Yang meridians of hands and feet mostly in the moxibustion treatment to Ying-liu; there have been various times on dosages depending on patients＇ ages,sexuality and locations; acupuncture and cupping are forbidden in Ying-liu with dietary adjustment.
