摘　　要：《圣济总录》对淋证的证治认识较全面。以卒淋、冷淋、热淋三篇为例,浅析《圣济总录》对淋证病因病机的认识,并对《圣济总录》治疗淋证的方药思想进行总结,认为其与现代临床对淋证的认识基本相仿,但亦有不为现代临床相熟的药物,可为进一步丰富中医药对淋证的诊治提供参考。In Sheng Ji Zong Lu,theories about syndrome treatment of Lin-zheng diseases are quite comprehensive. By three examples on Zulin pattern,Leng-lin pattern,Re-lin pattern,this paper provides one preliminary view on pathogenic factors and etiology in Sheng Ji Zong Lu,making conclusion on prescriptions ideas of Lin-zheng treatment. It is considered that there are basic common similarities between ideas in this book and modern clinic ideas. However,the herbs that lack modern clinical researches could offer references to enrich traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.
