摘　　要："大数据"不仅指海量信息以及与之相关的信息技术,更指向人类行为、思维与管理领域的重大变革。利用大数据等现代信息技术实施的电信网络新型诈骗危害全球,向跨国、跨境犯罪治理提出了巨大挑战。运用大数据等新兴信息技术治理新型电信网络诈骗迫切需要确立全球共治、跨界共治、惩防共治的思维与理念,并加强跨国、跨境警务交流与合作。Large Data not only refers to massive information and related information technology, but also points to the major changes in human behavior, thinking and management.The new telecommunications network fraud, which is implemented by modern information technology such as big data, has endanger the whole world and poses a great challenge to transnational and cross-border crime governance.Using the large data and other emerging information technology control new telecommunications network fraud urgently needs to establish the thinking and concept of global co-governance, cross-border co-governance, and the punishment and prevention of co-governance, and to strengthen transnational and cross-border policing exchanges and cooperation.
