摘　　要：梳理学科学术史,找寻学科理论的源流、发展轨迹以及与相关学科的联系,对于该学科的进一步发展、成熟,意义非凡。在我国公安学科形成发展过程中,康大民教授无疑是一位杰出的代表性人物。他在确立公安学科名称、研究对象,形成学科的基本范畴和学科体系等方面,成果卓著,充当着奠基者角色。康大民教授的《公安论》《广义公安论》《理性公安论》被称之为"公安三论",《公安学概论》《公安学基础理论》被称之为"公安教育界的母本教科书"。从康大民教授著作《我的公安学圆梦之路》中,可以真切地读出康大民教授心系公安学术、一生耕耘公安学术的学者形象。Combing the academic history of the subject, looking for its origin, development track and the connection with the related disciplines, they have great significance for the further development and maturity of subject. In China, Professor Damin Kang is an outstanding representative figure in the the formation and development of public security subject. He is the founder in establishing the public security subject name, object, basic category and discipline system. Professor Kang＇s Public Security Theory, The General Public Security Theory and The Rational Public Security Theory is called The Three Theories of Public Security, The Public Security Generality and Public Security Learn Basic Theory as the textbook in the public security education.Through reading his paper My Dream of Public Security Theory,it shows his great scholar image for us, who loves the public security academics and researches it in his whole life.
