智慧警务视野下社会治安防控体系建设的思考

摘　　要：智慧警务是新时代公安机关改革创新而提出的积极警务新模式,以智慧警务为背景加强社会治安防控体系建设是公安机关社会治安工作创新发展的重要体现。强化刑事打击功能、强化社会管理功能、强化社会控制功能是智慧警务视野下社会治安防控体系的突出特征。社会治安防控体系建设要以大数据为依托,以信息采集为基础,以大数据中心为平台,以立体防控为布局,以机制建设为目标,构建可持续、有效率的社会治安防控体系,把信息采集、资源共享、智能防控作为社会治安防控体系建设的着力点。The intelligence policing is a new active policing model which is put forward by the public security organs reform and innovation in the new era. Strengthen the social public security prevention and control system construction is an important embodiment of the innovation and development in the background of the intelligence policing.The prominent features of system are strengthening criminal strike function, social management function and control function.Constructing the system should rely on big data, information collection as the foundation, the big data center as the platform, the three-dimensional prevention and control as the layout, the mechanism construction as the goal, to construct the sustainable and efficient system, and make the information collection, resource sharing and intelligent prevention and control as the force point.
