摘  要:目的:比较不同来源雄黄经不同方法炮制后As_2S_2和As_2O_3含量变化。方法:分别采用水飞法、高能球磨法对10批雄黄生品进行炮制,制备水飞品和纳米雄黄(NRP);利用酸水飞法对NRP进行炮制制备纳米雄黄酸飞品(NRPP)。用激光散射法测定NRP和NRPP粒径;直接碘滴定法及二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银(Ag-DDC)法分别测定不同炮制品及生品中As_2S_2和As_2O_3含量。结果:不同来源雄黄中As_2S_2含量均符合中国药典2015年版要求。各炮制品中As_2S_2含量为:水飞品>生品>NRPP>NRP;As_2O_3含量为:NRP>NRPP>生品>水飞品。各批次生品与水飞品和NRPP的As_2S_2和As_2O_3含量均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过对不同来源雄黄及其炮制品中As_2S_2和As_2O_3含量的比较研究,可为雄黄的质量研究、品质评价等提供理论依据。Objective: To compare the effects of different processing methods on the content of arsenic disulfide and soluble arsenic in realgar. Methods: Ten batches of crude realgar were processed respectively by powder-refining with water and energetic ball milling to obtain water processed realgar and nano-realgar( NRP). Acid process realgar( NRPP) was obtained by processing NRP with acid water. The particle sizes of NRP and NRPP were determined by laser scattering; the contents of As2S2 and As2O3 in the different processed and crude products were determined by direct iodometric titration and silver diethyl-dithiocarbamate method( Ag-DDC method). Results: The content of As2S2 in different products was in accordance with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition),and the content order was water process 〉crude product〉 NRPP〉 NRP. The content order of As2O3 was NRP〉 NRPP 〉crude product 〉water process. There were significant differences in the contents of As2S2 and As2O3 between the crude product and water processed,realgar NRP and NRPP( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The comparative study of As2S2 and As2O3 contents in realgar from different origins and its processed products can provide theoretical basis for the quality research and evaluation of realgar.
