摘　　要：目的:分析2014~2016年杭州地区11家医院肺癌患者使用铂类药物的情况,为铂类药物的临床合理应用提供依据。方法:抽取杭州地区11家医院肺癌患者2014~2016年每年40天铂类药物的医嘱数据,分析不同种类铂类药物的使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及药物利用指数(DUI)等指标。结果:2014~2016年铂类药物的销售总金额呈下降趋势,与2014年相比,2016年铂类药物的销售总金额下降了6.64%,使用金额最高的是卡铂,其次是顺铂和奈达铂;DDDs居首位的是顺铂,卡铂和奈达铂分别排在第二、三位;铂类药物的DDC值与DDDs相反,顺铂的DDC最低,DDC较低的还有卡铂和奈达铂;奈达铂的DUI稍低于1(0.84~0.89),其他4种铂类药物的DUI接近1。结论:杭州地区11家医院2014~2016年肺癌患者铂类药物的使用金额稍有下降,安全有效、DDC较低的铂类药物在临床使用中占优势。Objective： To analyze the use of platinum in 11 hospitals in Hangzhou to provide evidence for clinical rational use of the drugs. Methods： According to the annual 40 days prescriptions data of platinum used by lung cancer patients in 11 hospitals of Hangzhou from 2014 to 2016,the consumption,frequency of utilization（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC） and drug utilization index（ DUI） were analyzed. Results： The consumption of platinum drugs showed an overall downward trend and decreased by 6. 64% in2016 compared with that in 2014. Carboplatin was with the highest consumption sum followed by cisplatin and nedaplatin. The DDDs of cisplatin ranked the first,carboplatin and nedaplatin were ranked the second and the third,respectively. In contrast to DDDs,cisplatin had the lowest DDC value followed by carboplatin and nedaplatin. The DUI of nedaplatin was slightly lower than 1（ 0. 84-0. 89）and that of the other 4 platinum drugs was close to 1. Conclusion： The consumption of platinum for lung cancer patients in 11 hospitals in Hangzhou area decreased slightly during 2014 and 2016,and safe and effective platinum with lower DDC dominates in clinical use.
