摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)是一种传染性强、易变异的DNA病毒,它引起的慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)一直是临床的治疗难题。目前,临床尚无治疗这类疾病的特效药,而常用的化学抗病毒药因易产生耐药性、疗效不持久、停药易复发,且药品不良反应较大,价格昂贵等,导致临床使用效果不佳。在我国,中药治疗CHB历史悠久,近年其作用机制是研究的热点,本文按照植物分类标准,对不同科属种的中药抗HBV作用机制研究进行综述,以期为中药抗HBV病毒作用机制研究、活性单体的筛选以及临床治疗提供参考。The chronic hepatitis B（ CHB） is caused by a highly infectious and mutable DNA virus-chronic hepatitis B virus,and there is no special drug for the disease yet. The commonly used chemical antiviral agents are with unsatisfactory clinical effect due to easy happened drug resistance,strong toxic and side effects,instable curative effect,high price and other disadvantages. Chinese medicines are widely used for treating CHB in China,and the mechanisms were the focus of researches in recent years. In the paper,according to the plant classification standards,the mechanisms of different families of traditional Chinese medicines against HBV were reviewed in order to provide reference for the mechanism study of anti-HBV,the screening of active monomers and the efficacy enhancement of clinical treatment.
