摘　　要：目的:建立清胃理肠胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对枳实、栀子、延胡索、厚朴、莱菔子进行定性鉴别,HPLC法对厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量进行定量测定。结果:TLC斑点分离清晰,阴性无干扰。厚朴中有效成分厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别在22.81~365.00μg·ml^(-1)、6.59~211.00μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.00%,100.13%,RSD分别为0.75%,1.00%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,重复性良好,可为清胃理肠胶囊的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective： To establish the quality standard for Qingwei Lichang capsules. Methods： The components including citrus aurantium,gardenia,fenugreek,magnolia and radish seed were identified by TLC. The contents of magnolol and honokiol were detected by HPLC. Results： The characteristic spots in TLC were clear without any interference. The linear range of magnolol and honokiol was 22. 81-365. 00 μg·ml^-1 and 6. 59-211. 00 μg·ml^-1,respectively. The average recovery was 100. 00% and 100. 13% with the RSD of 0. 75% and 1. 00%（ n = 6）,respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and reproducible,which can provide scientific reference for the quality control of Qingwei Lichang capsules.
