摘  要:该文以某搬迁遗留的复合污染场地为例,开展了土壤和地下水环境调查、污染特征分析、健康风险评估、修复技术筛选、修复效果评估以及工程应用。结果表明:土壤存在不同程度的污染,关注污染物为铜、铅、锌、苯并[a]芘、苯并[a]蒽、苯并[b]荧蒽、二苯并[a,h]蒽以及总石油烃。重金属污染程度严重,多环芳烃污染程度中等,总石油烃属于轻微污染。重金属和有机物污染分别集中在场地中部的钢铁铸造厂和西部的铜带厂所在区域的6.0m深处和2.0m深处,污染物分布具有明显的空间差异性和点源污染特征。关注污染物随深度增加而减少。待修复污染土方量为1.29×104m^3。该场地适合异位修复方式,最适合的修复技术是异位化学氧化以及异位固化/稳定化修复技术。所选的Na_2S_2O_8氧化技术和KH_2PO_4稳定化技术在实验室小试、现场中试和工程应用阶段均能够达到预计的修复目标和修复效果,且修复成本合理,没有造成任何二次污染,修复后土壤能够实现资源化再利用。In this paper,taking a remaining compound contaminated site for example,the soil and groundwater environmental investigation,pollution characteristics analysis,health risk assessment,remediation technology screening,remediation effect assessment and engineering application is performed. The results show that the soil is contaminated by copper,lead,zinc,benzo[a]pyrene,benzo[a]anthracene,benzo[b]fluoranthene,dibenzo[a,h]anthracene,and total petroleum hydrocarbon with different degrees. The heavy metals contamination is more severe,and the contaminated level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and total petroleum hydrocarbon reaches moderate and slight pollution respectively. The heavy metals and organic contaminants are centrally distributed in the 6 m deep and 2 m deep of the areas of the iron and steel foundry in the middle of the site and the copper belt factory in the west of the site.The distribution of contaminants has obvious spatial difference and characteristics of point source pollution,and the content of them decreases with the increase of depth. The volume of soil to be remediated is1. 29 × 104 m^3. The site is suitable for ex-situ remediation,and the most suitable remediation technologies are ex-situ chemical oxidation technology and ex-situ solidification/stabilization technology. In the stages of laboratory test,field test and engineering application,the selected Na2 S2 O8 oxidation technology and KH2 PO4 stabilization technology are able to achieve the expected target and effect,and the remediation cost is also reasonable,and no secondary pollution is caused. Furthermore,the remediation soil can be reused.
