摘 要:采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米级TiO_2/Al_2O_3复合载体,研究了模板剂十二烷基胺的用量对TiO_2/Al_2O_3复合载体孔结构的影响,通过XRD,TEM和BET等对TiO_2/Al_2O_3复合载体进行了表征。实验结果表明,随着模板剂十二烷基胺用量的增加,复合载体的比表面积和孔容/孔径均有不同程度的增加,模板剂的最佳用量(以硝酸铝的质量计)为0.5%。XRD分析结果表明,复合载体中的TiO_2和Al_2O_3分别以锐钛矿和γ-Al_2O_3晶型存在,为没有痕量的金红石相,表明TiO_2高度分散在Al_2O_3表面。A nanoscale composite carrier of TiO2/Al2O3 was prepared with collosol-gel method,the effect of the amount of lauryl amine,i. e. a template,on the pore structure of composite carrier of TiO2/Al2O3 was studied,and this composite carrier was characterized with the techniques of XRD,TEM and BET. The results of experiment have shown that the specific surface area and the pore volume/pore size of the composite carrier are increased to different extent as the amount of the template of lauryl amine was increased and that the optimum amount of template is 0. 5%( based on the mass of aluminum nitrate). The results of XRD analysis have shown that TiO2 and Al2O3 exist in the form of anatase and in γ-Al2O3 crystallographic form respectively in the composite carrier and no rutile phase exists in the composite carrier suggesting TiO2 is highly dispersed on the surface of Al2O3.
