鼻腔冲洗在变应性鼻炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻腔冲洗在变应性鼻炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 156例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各78例。对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用生理盐水双侧鼻腔冲洗,观察两组临床疗效、主要症状及体征消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组显效率92.3%明显高于对照组的61.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞消失时间分别为(2.7±1.8)、(3.3±1.2)、(4.1±1.3)、(4.4±1.5)d均短于对照组的(3.8±1.4)、(4.5±1.7)、(5.8±1.9)、(6.6±1.8)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论鼻腔冲洗用于变应性鼻炎治疗中效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 156 allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 78 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received normal saline for bilateral nasal irrigation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, main symptoms and signs disappearance time and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed. Results The marked effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%, which was significantly higher than 61.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion in the observation group Were （2.7± 1.8） d, （3.3 ± 1.2） d, （4.1 ± 1.3） d and （4.4 ± 1.5） d, which were significantly shorter than （3.8 ± 1.4） d, （4.5 ± 1.7） d, （5.8 ± 1.9） d and （6.6 ± 1.8） d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion The application of nasal irrigation shows remarkable effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, with no obvious adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
