带蒂筋膜瓣修复外伤性部分耳郭缺损并发耳后皮肤挫裂伤一例

摘　　要：目的探讨带蒂筋膜瓣修复部分耳郭缺损并发耳后皮肤挫裂伤的方法和疗效。方法设计耳后皮瓣并利用耳后筋膜修复部分耳郭缺损和耳后皮肤挫裂伤。结果耳郭缺损和耳后皮肤挫裂伤愈合良好,耳郭无挛缩、形态良好。结论带蒂筋膜瓣用于部分耳郭缺损修复,美容效果良好。Objective To present the method of pedicle fascia flap used in repairing partial helix defects with postauricular skin contusion. Method Opisthotic pedicle fascia flap was designed and used to repair partial helix defects with postauricular skin contusion. Results The partial helix defects and postauricular skin contusion were healed. There is no contracture occurred and good shape was reconstructed in the auricle. Conclusion Pedicle fascia flap is a useful and alternative repair procedure for partial helix defects. The cosmetic outcome is satisfied.
