摘  要:液混式膨化硝铵炸药生产过程中的膨化剂含量是影响其膨化效果的因素之一,文章结合现有连续化工艺设备特点,提出了膨化剂含量最优值来提高膨化炸药密度,以达到改善炸药性能威力的目标。试验表明,膨化剂含量在3.5%为宜,含量过低炸药颗粒不均匀,膨化效果差,过高药态粉流散性差,炸药密度过高,在使用时有发生拒爆风险。The swelling agent content is one of the factors that influence the swelling effect in the production process of liquid mixed type expanded ammonium nitrate explosive. The article combines the characteristics of existing continuous process equipment, the optimum value of puffing agent was put forward to increase the density of expanded explosive, to achieve the goal of improving explosive performance. Test shows that, the content of puffing agent is appropriate at 3.5%, The content of low explosive particles is not uniform, the swelling effect is poor and on the contrary, excessive powder dispersion is poor, too high explosive density, there is a risk of rejection when used.
