摘 要:建立了一种指甲油中9种禁用着色剂(溶剂红1、溶剂蓝35、酸性红73、酸性紫49、溶剂红49、分散黄3、颜料橙5、吖啶黄、颜料红53)的超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱检测方法。采用5 mmol/L乙酸铵-乙腈为流动相,以C18色谱柱分离,流速0.4 mL/min,正负离子同时扫描模式下进行多反应离子监测(MRM)。结果表明化合物线性范围为5~500 ng/mL,指甲油中的定量检出限为0.125~1.25 mg/kg,加标回收率为63.1%~93.8%。此方法前处理简单、分析准确,适用于指甲油中多种禁用着色剂的同时检测。An ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for determination of 9 forbidden colorants(Solvent Red 1, Solvent Blue 35, Acid Red 73, Acid Violet 49, Solvent Red 49, Disperse Yellow 3, Pigment Orange 5, Acridine Yellow, Pigment Red 53) in nail polish was developed. It was carried out by using 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution-acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Nine forbidden colorants were separated on a C18 column at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. Multiple reaction ion monitoring(MRM) was performed in both positive and negative ion mode simultaneously. The results showed that the linear range was 5 ng/mL to 500 ng/mL, the quantitative detection limit in nail polish was between 0.125 mg/kg and 1.25 mg/kg, and the recoveries were between 63.1% and 93.8%. This method is simple and accurate, which is suitable for the detection of forbidden colorants in nail polish.
