摘  要:设计了一种基于波导H面结构的K波段三路合成器。采用H面波导裂缝电桥结构,实现了K波段的三路合成。该合成器在22.5~23.5GHz工作频带内,回波损耗小于-20dB,插入损耗小于0.4dB,相位不平衡度小于10°。基于该三路合成器,可实现18路合成。Design method of a novel three-way power combiner based on the H-plane waveguide was demonstrated in this paper.The power combining was realized by utilizing the slots on the H-plane of waveguide.A K band three-way power combiner which works at the frequency range of 22.5~23.5 GHz was realized.The measured result shows that the insert loss of the three-way power combiner is less than 0.4 dB while the return loss of the port is smaller than-20 dB.The imbalance of phase between each port is lower than 10°.Based on the power combining method,an 18-way power combiner was also demonstrated.
