摘  要:人工表面等离子体激元(SSPPs)作为一种新型的传输线结构,以其低的损耗、高束缚性受到研究者的广泛关注。详细研究了SSPPs结构模型的色散曲线,并利用液晶聚合物(LCP)技术在50μm厚度的LCP基板设计并加工了一款SSPPs传输线结构。测试结果表明,该传输线结构的截止频率为25GHz,在DC-25GHz通带频率内,回波损耗小于-12dB,插入损耗优于-1.5dB。该SSPPs结构采用传统的共面波导(CPWG)馈电,通过渐变槽深结构,实现波动量和波阻抗的宽带匹配,将信号由传统共面波导过渡到新型的SSPPs波导。结果表明,此波导结构将在微波电路应用中有很大的发展前景。Spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPPs),as a new type of transmission line structure,has been widely studied because of its characteristics of low loss and high confinement.In this paper,the dispersion curve of SSPPs structural model was studied in detail,and a SSPPs transmission line structure was designed and fabricated on a 50μm thick LCP substrate by LCP technology.The test results of the transmission line show a cutoff frequency of about 25 GHz,a reflection coefficient less than-12 dB and the insertion loss better than-1.5 dB in the pass band frequency range of DC-25 GHz.The SSPPs structure was based on the traditional coplanar waveguide(CPWG)feed,and the wide-band matching of the fluctuation amount and the wave impedance was realized by the gradient groove deep structure by which the signal was transformed from the traditional coplanar waveguide to the new SSPPs waveguide.The results show that the SSPPs waveguide structure may have great prospect in the application of flexible microwave circuit.
