摘  要:系统研究了激光焊接工艺参数在微波组件可伐材料焊接过程中起到的作用以及其规律特性。研究发现,在合适的工艺参数范围内增加脉冲宽度,除了焊缝宽度会增大以外,焊缝深度也会随之增加;脉冲高度和离焦量主要控制焊缝深度的变化;焊接速度和脉冲频率两者相互作用共同决定了焊缝的成型。上述焊接工艺参数共同影响着焊缝的焊接质量和外观并相互制约相互影响。The effect and regularity of laser welding technological parameters on Kovar alloy of microwave module were studied.It is found that not only weld depth but also weld width can be increased by increasing laser pulse width under proper range of laser welding technological parameters.The weld depth during laser welding is mainly dominated by the pulse height and defocus amount.The shape of weld seam is determined by weld velocity and pulse frequency.The above-mentioned laser welding technological parameters interacting with each other have an effect on the quality and shape of weld seam.
