摘 要:为了消除电磁舵机工作时对地磁传感器的干扰,提高地磁测量系统和滚转角辨识系统的精度,以某型舵机和两轴磁强计为基础,分析了舵机工作时对地磁信号的干扰特点,提出了舵机与地磁芯片的最佳安装位置,并采用数字滤波器抑制电磁舵机对地磁传感器的干扰.根据舵机的工作频率特性,设计了相应的四阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器,以双轴转台为试验平台完成算法的验证,实验结果表明:选取合适的安装位置和IIR巴特沃斯低通滤波器可以有效地减小电磁舵机对地磁传感器的干扰,提高滚转角辨识系统的测量精度.The purpose of this paper is to eliminate the interference to the geomagnetic sensor during operation of the electromagnetic steering gear and improve the accuracy of the geomagnetic measurement system and the roll angle identification system.Based on a certain steering gear and two-axis magnetometers,the characteristics of interference to geomagnetic signals during operation of the servos were analyzed and the optimal mounting positions of the servos and geomagnetic chips were proposed.The digital filter was used to suppress the interference of electromagnetic steering gear to geomagnetic sensor.According to the working frequency characteristics of the steering gear,the corresponding fourth-order Butterworth low pass filter was designed,and two-axis turntable was used as a test platform to verify the algorithm.The experimental results show that the selection of appropriate installation position and IIR Butterworth low-pass filter can effectively reduce the interference of electromagnetic steering gear to geomagnetic sensors,and improve the accuracy of measurement of roll angle identification system.
