摘  要:本文设计了一种可开关的双频段左手材料,该结构在聚酰亚胺介质基板上面放置了两组对称的开口环结构,背面放置3条相同的金属铜线.通过在谐振环的开口间隙处加载RF MEMS开关来控制磁响应从而实现可开关的双频响应.运用高频电磁仿真软件HFSS对不同开关状态下该结构的电磁特性进行仿真研究,结果表明:当开关处于不同状态时,该结构可分别实现低频、高频和双频可开关的负折射率和左手特性.该研究结果对拓展左手材料在不同频段的应用具有潜在的应用价值.In this paper,a switchable dual-band left-handed metamaterial is designed.Two pairs of symmetrical SRRs are etched on upside of the polyimide substrate,and three common copper stripes are etched on opposite side.We integrate RF MEMS switches at the gap of each SRR to control magnetic response so that switchable dual-band responses can be realized.Numerical investigation is performed for electromagnetic properties of unit cell at different switch states by high frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.The results show that when switches appear different behaviors,there are three electromagnetic resonance types at low frequency and high frequency respectively or simultaneously,which characterize switchable negative refraction index and left-handed property.The results we researched have potentially practical value for extending the application of left-handed materials at different bands.
