摘　　要：中国担任上海合作组织主席国的任期即将结束,它组织召开的青岛峰会是一个独特的成功事件。北京提出的众多举措受到其他成员国的热烈欢迎。除此以外,按照＂上海精神,＂中国领导层还完成了一个巨大的政治使命,即在上合组织经历历史上首次扩员后,保持了上合组织的团结和正常运转。2017年6月,印度和巴基斯坦正式加入上海合作组织。青岛峰会是这些国家领导人首次正式参会。The outgoing Chinese presidency in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization helmed by the spectacular Qingdao summit was one unique success story. Besides the numerous initiatives of Beijing which have been warmly welcomed by the other member- states accordingly to famous ＂Shanghai Spirit＂, Chinese leadership managed a tremendous political mission - to keep SCO united and functioning through the first enlargement in the history of this organization. In June 2017, India and Pakistan have been officially admitted to the ranks of SCO. Qingdao summit was the first attended by the leaders of these nations.
