摘 要:采用有限元法分析含缺陷压力容器筒体与封头连接处疲劳寿命及安全评定。结果表明:有缺陷的压力容器最大集中应力在缺陷处,造成压力容器的疲劳寿命减小,其疲劳寿命随着缺陷宽度的增加而减小;将压力容器出现的最大应力与材料的极限许用应力比较得出,在一定宽度范围的缺陷存在时,并不会使压力容器出现不安全,即此时压力容器能正常的工作。The fatigue life and safety of the junction between the cylinder and head of pressure vessel with defect were analyzed by using Finite element method. The results showed that, the maximum stress concentration of defective pressure vessel was in the defect, and the fatigue life of the pressure vessel was decreased. The fatigue life decreased with the increase of the defect width. The maximum stress of the pressure vessel and the limit allowable stress of the material were compared. It's pointed out that the pressure vessel is safe when the width of defect is in a certain range, that is, the pressure vessel can work normally.
