摘  要:注塑机是一种被广泛应用的塑料制品加工设备,加工过程需要消耗大量的能量,如何实现节能及降低成本,成为了目前重点关注的问题。随着计算机仿真技术的不断成熟,利用商业仿真模拟软件来实现注塑机液压系统的仿真模拟,不仅分析过程方便快捷,还能极大的降低研发成本。本文以SZ-1600A型注塑液压机为例,建立仿真分析模型,对注塑机能耗进行了分析计算,并进行优化,将有效地降低能耗,实现节能的目的。The injection molding machine is a common processing equipment for plastic products. The process needs to consume a lot of energy. How to save energy and reduce the cost has become the focus of attention. With the continuous maturation of computer simulation technology, the use of commercial simulation software to realize the simulation of the hydraulic system of injection molding machine is not only convenient and fast, but also greatly reduced the cost of research and development. In this paper, taking the SZ-1600 A injection hydraulic press as an example, the simulation analysis model was established, the energy consumption of the injection molding machine was analyzed and calculated, and the optimization was carried out, which could effectively reduce the energy consumption and realize the purpose of energy saving.
