摘　　要：按劳分配是社会主义的重要经济特征,但我国目前并不具备实行经典按劳分配的条件,也无法完全满足按劳分配的内在要求。按劳分配作为按生产要素分配的高级形态,在不同的发展阶段具有不同的表现形式。按人力资本分配既体现了按劳分配的内在要求,又与现实经济条件相适应,因而成为按劳分配的当代形式。Distributio n acco rding to w o rk is so cialist impo rtant eco no mic feature,but at present in o ur co untry,w e do no t hav e the co nditio ns o f carry ing o ut the classi-cal distributio n acco rding to w o rk,and also w e do no t meet to tally the inner demands o f it.Distributio n acco rding to w o rk is the adv anced fo rm o f distributio n acco rding to essential facto rs o f pro ductio n and has its v ario us manifestatio ns in different stag es.Distributio n acco rding to human capital is no t o nly reflecting the inner demands o f dis-tributio n acco rding to w o rk,but also meeting the needs o f the present eco no mic co n-ditio ns,so it sho uld be the mo dern fo rm o f distributio n acco rding to w o rk.
