摘　　要：在信息化过程中，既不能以传统排斥信息化，也不能以信息化取代传统。加速推进政治工作信息化建设，进一步增强政治工作的时代性、科学性和有效性，就是要顺应时代步伐，在强化信息素养上下功夫；紧贴官兵需求，在增强网聚效能上下功夫；适应斗争形势，在抢占网络阵地上下功夫；对接实战要求，在融入体系建设上下功夫，真正给政治工作插上信息化的翅膀，让“生命线”焕发新活力。In the process of informatization,we can neither reject it with tradition,nor replace tradition with informatization. To speed up the construction of political work informatization and to further enhance the sense of the times, science and effectiveness of political work,it is necessary to conform to the pace of the times and to work hard at information knowledge. It is necessary to keep colse to the needs of officers and soldiers and to make efforts in the net- work efficiency. It is necessary to adapt to the struggle situation and to race to seize the net- work position. It is necessary to link up with the actual combat requirements and to work hard at integrating into the system consturction. Only by doing all this, can we truly insert the wings of information into political work,and make the ＂lifeline＂glow with new vitality.
