论武警指挥员胆商的培育

摘　　要：胆商，是继智商和情商后一个新的概念。随着武警部队职能任务的不断拓展和处突维稳形势的日益严峻，加强武警指挥员胆商的培育意义重大。当前，武警指挥员胆商的培育还存在着认识不到位、途径不顺畅、环境不理想三个方面的现实问题，针对问题从转变观念，在丰富知识上下功夫；拓宽途径，在提升素养上出实招；创设环境，在实践磨砺中求突破三个方面进行了探索和思考。Daring Quotient（DQ） is a new concept after IQ and EQ. With the continuous de velopment of the duties and tasks and the increasingly serious situation of maintaining stabil- ity,strengthening the cultivation of the PAP commander＇ DQ is of great significance. This paper analyzes the practical problems in the cultivation process of the PAP commander＇ DQ from three respects, lack of recognition,in sufficient ways and unsatisfactory environment. Finally, it puts forward corresponding measures, to change the ideas and rich the knowledge system~ to broaden the ways and lay a solid foundation; to treat an environment and pay at- tention to practice.
