摘　　要：《孙子兵法》中重视军事人才的思想，正确使用军事人才，军事人才的应具备的素质要求和品质要求，对军事人才有效管理等军事人才思想，对古代军事人才培养起着一定的积极作用。通过对古代军事人才思想的探究，旨在为我们培养现代高素质的军事人才提供借鉴。The Art of War attaches great importance to the thought of military personnel, and proper use of military personnel. Military personnel should have the quality and integri- ty requirements. Effective military personnel management ideas, such as military personnel of ancient military training,play a certain positive role in military management. Through the exploration of the ancient military talent thought, the paper aims to provide reference to cul- tivate high-quality military personnel.
