摘  要:[目的]研究不同灌溉量对不同番茄品种产量和品质的影响。[方法]试验选用3个番茄品种V1(PT-501Q)、V2(亨氏H1015)和V3(农番3号),在大田条件下设置3个灌溉处理,比较3个主栽加工品种的生长、产量、品质指标。[结果 ]不同加工番茄品种的叶面积、产量、品质受不同灌溉量影响显著。100%ET0灌溉处理的V1、V2、V3品种产量及叶面积都高于75%ET0和50%ET0处理;75%ET0和50%ET0处理的番茄红素、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量比100%ET0的处理均提高,改善了加工番茄品质;各品种的100%ET0处理平均叶面积、干物质积累量高于75%ET0和50%ET0的处理;3个品种的产量均以100%ET0的处理最高。[结论]番茄PT-501Q、亨氏H1015可供生产中参考的灌水量为75%ET0,农番3号可供生产中参考的灌水量为100%ET0,获得适合干旱区加工番茄生长的最优灌溉制度。[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of different irrigation amount on yield and quality in different tomato varieties. [Method] The growth,yield and quality of three main cultivars(PT-501 Q,Heinz H1015 and Nongfan3)were compared under three irrigation treatments. [Result] The results showed that irrigation treatment significantly affected the tomato growth,yield and quality. The yield and leaf area of V1、V2 and V3 under W1 were higher than those under W2 by 7.34%,15.03%,31.83% and 12.19%,6.49%,10.38%,and were higher than those under W3 by 52.83%,38.55%,43.97%,and 174.78%,154.75%,113.27%. The content of lycopene,soluble sugar,soluble solid,titratable acid were higher under the irrigation treatments of 75%ET0 and 50%ET0 than that under the irrigation treatments of 100%ET0 for three tomato,and improved processing tomato quality. The content of average leaf size,dry matter accumulation were higher under the irrigation treatments of 100% ET0 than that under the irrigation treatments of 75%ET0 and 50%ET0 for different varieties. The processing tomato yield of the three varieties were the highest under the irrigation treatment of 100% ET0,but there was no significant difference between the irrigation treatments of 100% ET0 and 75% ET0 for tomato PT-501 Q. [Conclusion] The irrigation amount recommended under the condition of this experiment was 75%ET0 for tomato PT-501 Q and Heinz H1015 respectively,and Nongfan 3 was 100% ET0. The optimal irrigation amount were obtained for drought area.
