新生代农民工社会责任感的缺失与培树

摘　　要：新生代农民工是共筑"中国梦"的重要生力军,多数具有强烈的社会责任感,但也有一些人社会责任感严重缺失。究其原因,具有多重性:自我认知偏差是主观因素,社会环境影响是直接因素,农村基础教育目标错位是重要因素,企业角色缺位以及家庭教育欠缺是关键因素。提高新生代农民工的社会责任感,需整合企业、工会、共青团组织、社区以及个人的力量,并从思想引导、培养催化、监督养成等维度进行系统性培树。As the important force to achieve the ＂Chinese dream ＂,most of the new generation of migrant workers has a strong sense of social responsibility, but there are some who lack the social responsibilityand the social morals consciousness. This is due to five reasons： the negative factors in the process of social transformation,the problems of the rural basic education,the absence of the role of the enterprise,the lack of family education and self-cognitive bias etc. In order to enhance the social responsibility sense in the new generation of migrant workers,we should arouse the enthusiasm and initiatives of the enterprises,the trade unions,the communist youth league,the communities and the new generation of migrant workers themselves.
