摘　　要：本文介绍了流量区域计费业务,在现有系统及相关接口规范的基础上,提供了基于PCC策略和基于BOSS的区域计费能力解决方案,从方案思路、系统改造量、改造难点、功能可扩展性等角度进行了分析,比较了各自的优缺点和适用场景,最后给出了CPE业务和高校校园区域业务这两个典型案例和应用情况。上述解决方案,为流量精细化运营提供了一定解决思路,对行业内相关业务支撑具有一定指导性和借鉴意义。The paper introduces the data fl ow region billing business. Based on the existing systems and interfaces, PCC-based solution and BOSS region billing ability-based solution are proposed. It analyses two solutions in detail, such as key thoughts, system development workload, difficult point, applicable scene, function extendibility and so on. And merits and drawbacks of each solution are compared. Two application cases are provided, namely the CPE business, colleges and universities region billing business. Above-mentioned solutions provide some ideas for data flow refined management. And it also provides some guide scheme and reference on data fl ow region billing business for communication industry.
