论图书馆公共电子阅览室保护读者信息的途径

摘　　要：2018年1月1日生效的《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》明确提出不得泄露读者的个人信息。目前国内不少图书馆公共电子阅览室还存在一些漏洞,不利于读者个人信息隐私的保护,也违背了"读者第一"、全方位向读者开放的办馆理念。硬盘保护卡和"影子卫士"可以既让读者自由地使用电脑、有效保护读者的信息隐私,又能保障电子阅览系统的安全。China established the ＂Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Public Libraries＂ by the end of 2017, making it clear that the readers＇ personal information and privacy should not be leaked. However, there are still some loopholes in the public electronic reading room of many libraries in protecting the privacy of readers＇ information. While opening the D disk to readers, the USB flash socket is closed, and the data can only be entered or read by the staff＇s service machine. Although it can protect the system, yet the reader＇s personal information has been exposed to the staff and may be further passed on to the next reader. This is not conducive to protecting the privacy of the readers, but also contrary to the ＂reader first＂ and the ＂open principle ＂. In fact, nowadays＇ technology can allow readers to use computers freely, protect the readers＇ privacy, and protect the electronic reading system. Using the hard disk protection card or ＂shadow defender＂ can solve the problem.
