摘  要:本试验旨在研究微生态制剂对肉牛生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。将哈萨克和伊犁褐牛杂交一代健康的公肉牛20头,按照月龄和体重[(284±19.33)kg]相近的原则,随机分为对照组(CG)和试验组(TG),每组10头,分别饲喂全混合日粮(TMR)和TMR+微生态制剂[主要组成:地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis,BL)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)和植物乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LP)复合菌(BL∶BS∶LP=1∶1∶0.5)],晨饲时与少量的TMR混拌均匀后单槽饲喂,每天一次,一次性喂完,保证每头牛食入益生菌总数为5×1010CFU/(头·d),试验期共30 d,第0天和30天分别单独称重,先计算每头牛日增重,再计算每组的平均日增重。每天记录各组的采食量。试验结束时,每组中随机选取5头进行颈静脉采血1次。结果表明,与对照组相比,TG平均日增重、平均日采食量显著提高(P〈0.05),料重比显著降低(P〈0.05),对血清生化指标没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。This study was aimed to study the effects of probiotics on the growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of beef cattle. A total of 20 healthy male beef cattle of similar age and average body weight( 284±19. 33) kg were divided into two groups,the control group( CG) and the tested group( TG),( 10 in each group) by random single-factor design. The CG were fed with Total Mixed Ration( TMR) and the TG with TMR + probiotics consisting of Bacillus licheniformis( BL),Bacillus subtilis( BS) and Lactobacillus plantarum( LP) at a ratio of BL: BS: LP= 1: 1: 0. 5. A limited amount of the mixture was given to the individual TG cattle in the early morning feeding,making sure that each of the cattle receive no less than 5× 1010 CFU/( head·d) of probiotics. The test lasted for 30 days. The body weight of all the cattle was measured at d0 and d30 separately,and then the daily gain in weight per cattle and the average daily gain of each group were calculated. The daily feed intake of each group was also recorded. At the end of the test,five cattle of each group were randomly selected for jugular vein blood sampling,only once. The results showed that the average daily gain in weight and the average daily feed intake of the TG were significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and the feed-gain ratio was significantly decreased( P〈0. 05),but their serum biochemical parameters had no significant change( P〈0. 05).
