摘  要:利用异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TEPIC)、脂肪醛鞣剂(NOVALTAN PF)、萘磺酸类合成鞣剂(RETANAL A4)、分散型合成鞣剂(KINGBRITAN TAN)和加脂剂(SYNCUROL MAX)这5种材料对獭兔皮进行鞣前预处理,探究一种基于锆-铝鞣剂的獭兔皮清洁鞣制技术。考察了不同预处理方案对皮板的收缩温度、感官性能、物理机械性能、皮板中鞣剂的结合性和分布均匀性、纤维松散情况的影响。结果表明:经NOVALTANPF预处理的皮板相较于空白组各方面性能都有了大幅的提高,在5种预处理材料中综合性能最佳。并且经其预处理后鞣制的皮板游离甲醛含量也满足限量标准,适合清洁鞣制技术。The rex rabbit skin' s cleaner tanning technology based on Zr-Al tanning agents was studied by pretreatment with five kinds of materials including isocyanurate ( TEPIC ) , fatty aldehyde tanning agent ( NOVALTAN PF), naphthalenesulfonic acid syntans ( RETANAL A4), dispersed syntans ( KINGBRITAN TAN) and fatliquoring agent (SYNCUROL MAX). The effects of different pre-process schemes on the shrinkage temperature, handle properties, physical property, the combination and distribution of the tanning agent in the skin and the dispersity of the fibers were investigated. The results show that compared with other pre-tanning agents, the performance of the skin pretreated by the NOVALTAN PF has been greatly improved, and the pre-tanning performance is the best among the five pretreatment materials. The content of free formaldehyde in pelt also meets the limited standard after pretreated by NOVALTAN PF and it is suitable for cleaner tanning technology.
