摘  要:通过对黄牛皮的组织学观察,了解了各组织的形态,各组织间的联系,以及各组织中的蛋白质组成。对酶脱毛过程中的黄牛皮组织结构变化进行了探究,用荧光标记酶脱毛,在荧光显微镜下观察荧光标记酶渗透情况并与脱毛情况进行对比,初步阐释了酶脱毛的机理及影响因素。为选择适宜的脱毛用酶制剂品种,并采用酶法脱毛生产不同的产品,提供了理论依据。The microstructure of bides, the relationship between fiberorganization, and protein components in tle hide were studied by histological observation. The changes of histologic structure of cattle hide were explored fore and after the enzyme unhairing process. The penetration process was further observed with a fluorescent rni scope by using the fluorescent labeling enzyme for unhairing. Compared with unhairing, the mechanism of enzyme baiting and its influence factors were preliminarily explained. This might provide a theoretical basis for choosing appropriate enzyme for nnhairing and producing different products using enzyme unhairing process.
