摘　　要：运动系统疾病以局部疼痛、关节运动功能障碍为主要临床表现。笔者于1988年4月至1990年3月,用电针加糖皮质激素穴位注射共治疗493例,效果满意,现报道如下。一般资料本组493例中,男性259例、女性234例。the author employed electric acupuncture incombination with glucocorticoid hormone to treat 493cases of motoring disorders.Local points wereprimarily prescribed,and some distant points along the affected meridians and those by experience werealso combined.After the arrival of Qi,needles wereconnected with G6805 electric acupuncture apparatusand then retained for 15 to 20 minutes.2 to 4punctured points were injected with 10 to 20 mili-grammes of triamcinolone-A or 25 to 50 miligrammesof prednisolone acetate.The treatment is once weeklyand the majority of the patients obtained effectivenesswith 2 to 4 sessions.As the result,277 cases werecured,171 were markedly effective,8 were impro-ved,and the other 37 did not continue the treatment.The total effective rate was 92.5 per cent.
