摘 要:综合能源系统是实现产业园区内"多能互补,源网荷储协同发展"的重要手段。在深入分析以工业园区、高新科技园和其他专业园区为代表的3类产业园区用能特征的基础上,提出了针对不同类型产业园区的综合能源系统建设方向;在研究产业园区综合能源系统不同发展阶段的技术、政治和经济制约因素的基础上,从规划建设、运行优化、协调控制、需求管理和市场交易5个方面提出了产业园区综合能源技术的近、中、远期发展方向,构建了适用于产业园区综合能源系统建设运行的技术架构和具体内涵。Integrated energy system is an important means of "multiple energy complementary and coordinated development of source,network,load and storage"in industrial parks. Firstly,load characteristics of industrial parks represented by large industrial parks,high-tech parks and other professional parks are analysed. Based on the load characteristics,the construction direction of integrated energy system for each type of industrial park is proposed. Secondly,technical,political and economic constraints at different stages of the development of the integrated energy system in these parks are studied. And based on this study,the short-term,mid-term and long-term development directions of integrated energy technologies in industrial parks are proposed considering planning and construction,operation optimization,coordinated control,demand management and market transactions. Finally,a technical framework and specific connotation for the construction and operation of integrated energy system are proposed.
