润燥止痒胶囊联合抗组胺药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价润燥止痒胶囊联合抗组胺药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pub Med,收集已发表的关于润燥止痒胶囊联合抗组胺药对比单独应用抗组胺药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的随机对照试验,各数据库检索时间均从建库至2017年11月。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选和资料提取,采用改良版Jadad量评分,并应用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入18项研究,Meta分析结果显示,联合润燥止痒胶囊的治疗组临床疗效优于对照组[OR=3.53,95%CI:(2.83,4.40),Z=11.28(P<0.00001)],且治疗组的不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:根据目前的临床证据,润燥止痒胶囊联合抗组胺药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著且安全,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with antihistamines in the treatment of senile skin pruritus.Methods： To search the full text database of China academic journals（CNKI）, Wanfang database, VIP database and Pubmed.To collect the published randomized controlled trial of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with antihistamine in treating senile skin pruritus by using antihistamines alone.The retrieval time of each database was from the establishment of the database to November 2017.Data were screened and extracted by two researchers independently. According to the revised version of Jadad scale, the quality of literature was graded. Rev-Man5.3 analysis software was used to conduct Meta analysis. Results： A total of 18 studies were included.The results of Meta analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of the adjuvant treatment group was better than that of the control group[OR=3.53, 95% CI：（2.83, 4.40）, Z=11.28（P〈0.00001））. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.008）. Conclusion：According to the current clinical evidence, Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with antihistamine in the treatment of senile skin pruritus was remarkable and safe, and it is worthy of clinical application.
