中药脐贴干预非重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评估中药脐贴干预非重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例早期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机平均分成对照组与试验组,每组各40例,对照组予西医常规治疗,试验组在西医常规治疗基础上再予中药脐贴贴敷,均治疗3周,观察2组患者干预前后的临床症状体征、肺功能指标变化情况,并对临床效果进行分析。结果:干预后试验组患者临床症状体征积分、肺功能均较干预前改善明显(P<0.05),同时亦优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药脐贴可明显改善非重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病通气功能,阻滞病情发展。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine umbilical paste on the exacerbation of non severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods： 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given routine treatment, experimental group on the basis of routine western medicine to Chinese medicine navel patch,were treated for 3 weeks, observe the clinical symptom of 2 groups of patients before and after intervention syndrome,pulmonary function index changes the situation and analysis of the clinical effects. Results： After the intervention, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs and pulmonary function in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before intervention（P〈0.05）, but also better than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus can obviously improve the ventilation function of non severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and block the development of the disease.
