蒿芩麻杏石甘汤联合热毒宁注射液对支原体肺炎症状改善及血清T细胞亚群、转化生长因子β1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒿芩麻杏石甘汤联合热毒宁注射液治疗支原体肺炎(MP)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的我院94例MP患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。每组各47例,常规治疗基础上,对照组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,观察组给予热毒宁注射液+蒿芩麻杏石甘汤治疗。对比2组临床症状(发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音)消失时间、治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)及血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果:观察组发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组血清TGF-β1水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组血清TGF-β1水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组血清TGF-β1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒿芩麻杏石甘汤联合热毒宁注射液治疗MP效果显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状、改善T淋巴细胞亚群及TGF-β1水平。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Haoqin Maxin Shigan decoction combined with Reduning injection in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia（MP）. Methods： 94 patients with MP who met the standard were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. In each group of 47 patients, based on conventional treatment, the control group was given Reduning injection. The observation group was given Haoqin Maxin Shigan decoction combined with Reduning injection. The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms（fever, cough, and lung rales） was compared between the two groups. Peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets（CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋） and serum transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） levels before and after treatment were compared. Results： The fever, cough and disappearance of lung rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in CD3＋, CD4＋, and CD4＋/CD8＋（P〈0.05）. After treatment, CD3＋, CD4＋, and CD4＋/CD8＋ in the two groups increased compared with before treatment（P〉0.05）, and CD3＋, CD4＋, and CD4＋ in the observation group. CD8＋ was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in serum TGF-β1 levels between the 2 groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, serum TGF-β1 levels in the 2 groups increased compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）. Serum TGF-β1 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Haoqin Maxin Shigan decoction combined with Reduning injection has a significant effect on the treatment of MP,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve T lymphocyte subsets and TGF-β1 levels.
