摘　　要：中药特色技术作为中药学的根基,是我国传统医学的重要组成部分。面对当前中医药发展的严峻挑战,为了促进中医药事业的发展,当前重点是加强中药特色技术传承人才的教育。中药特色技术传承人才作为中医药科学发展的人才资源,是中药特色技术得以继承和创新的载体。提高人才培养质量,优化人才培养模式、加强中国传统文化修养教育,遵循中医药人才培养规律,才能跟上时代步伐,培养出有利于中医药事业发展的中药特色技术传承人才,从而保证中药特色技术的传承。As the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine, the unique technology of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. Faced with the severe challenges of the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and in order to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine, the current focus is on strengthening the education of talents with traditional Chinese characteristics and technical inheritance. Talents of traditional Chinese medicine technology inheritance talents are the human resources for the development of Chinese medicine and are the carriers for inheriting and innovating the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. We must improve the quality of personnel training, optimize the training mode for talented people, strengthen education in traditional Chinese culture, follow the rules for the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents, and we can keep pace with the times and cultivate talents with traditional Chinese medicine techniques that are conducive to the development of Chinese medicine so as to ensure Chinese medicine and the inheritance of characteristic technology.
