摘　　要：心力衰竭是一种进展性疾病。尽管心力衰竭的外科干预手段仍在不断探索与完善，但在小儿的应用仍十分有限。本文着重介绍几种心脏功能外科支持治疗的方法：左心室重建术、二尖瓣成形术、心肌血运重建术。Heart failure is a progressive disease.Although surgical interventions for heart failure are still being explored and improved, their use in children is limited.This paper introduced several kinds of heart surgery support treatment methods： left ventricular reconstruction, mitral valve plasty and coronary artery bypass surgery.
